Hero In Disguise

people will try to hurt ya

but ultimately will fail I promise you, 

cuz your disguised as a hero

they will try to prevent you from dreaming large

but your in charge,

don't let them tear you down, flip that frown upside down and start leaving a footprint in the ground

where no man or women ever have trudged before 

okay I don't care if you try,

so then go ahead and try your worst to stop me, you wont ever stop how many times

I fought to stay in this story

and write my poetry to tell you

I'm not afraid anymore

so go on and break apart, my heart is always stronger

than whatever you could do,

you think you can bring me down, and kick me with your boot think again now,

you can't mute who don't even hear you,

so the fear don't bother me cuz your a sign I will rise over the stars,

and light up the sky with my poetry

it will shine brightly

so don't be afraid anymore

and don't look back beyond your sho-ulder

no more cuz your designed as a soldier that means you look forward

at whatever might happen in the future

just know if you can dream, Its not over yet,

so try to rise to the occasion and you will find out, how you wont even fail if they succeed,

you will see eventually, they awoken the beast inside, The ceiling will fall from the structure outside

cuz you aren't designed to be in there

 you are designed to be out here with us moving,

we will keep on improving

if you just take my hand through this hard time

I’ll take you to a better time

where they can’t stop you, they will try to block you

do whatever to change you constantly mock you,

they will put you down at every chance they get

because they don't want to be behind a disabled person but if they just took time to get to know you (like I do)

they'll find a

hero in disguise.
