Read The Fine Print
A poem that relays a powerful message, to employ people to not just judge people who have a disability, like the title of the poem explains, you must NOT just see the disability but indeed their ability.
Red Rover-Red Rover
oh my gosh they thought my story was over,
over 24 years Ago
here we go
bouncing on my pogo,
there’s no stopping B.H,
your too late 24 years too late
bro, just know to read the fine print
because, I’m not gonna stop until I blow I know
I’m a disability quit telling me
but, my ability is about to be known.
if you don’t understand me,
I guess you can throw me to the wolves and see
if I come back leading the pack
stronger and wiser
then you ever imagined then
(that’s a fact)
Red Rover-Red Rover
did you ever hear the phrase don’t judge a book by its cover
so, dumb and dumber
don’t judge a person by what you perceive their legacy might be something
out of a fantasy just like in history
there’s 2 Story's
bully's and underdogs and in history
there’s one that succeeds and the other one fails
to read
the fine print.
